The program is conducted by MedTech Breakthrough, an independent market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global health and medical technology market. 

The athenahealth Marketplace brings best-in-class solutions to athenahealth’s growing provider base to further extend the value of the company’s integrated, cloud-based electronic health record, medical billing, and patient engagement solutions. The Marketplace app store includes more than 370 digital healthcare solutions across 60 medical specialties and 62 capabilities.  

MedTech recognized athenahealth for its recent upgrades to the Marketplace program and app store, including new features and capabilities designed to help customers more easily discover and implement solutions that support their efforts to improve clinical and operational performance. In addition, athenahealth enhanced capabilities and resources to support partner growth and adoption, improving partner speed-to-market and customer activation.
